How do I get paid?
Straight into your own bank account. Connect your CHIP account under Payments and money settles on the gateway's usual schedule. GoKedai never holds your money.
What can my customers pay with?
FPX online banking, or a bank transfer or DuitNow QR straight to your own account. Buyers who pay by transfer upload their slip, and you mark the order as paid.
Do I need a website or an app?
No. Your kedai is a link you share. Buyers open it in their browser, and you run everything from the admin panel on your phone or laptop.
Do I need a registered business?
No. Start as an individual and register with SSM when you're ready. Your payment gateway may ask for its own documents before paying out.
Is it an order form or an online shop?
Both. Each product or offer gets its own order form with payment built in, and you choose which forms show on your kedai page, like yourname.gokedai.com.
